Connections

On the connections screen you can setup the connections to other services to be used with Stream buddy.

Twitch

Click the Connect to Twitch button and sign in with your Twitch account.

This is used for Twitch chat, display events like subscriptions, bits, raids, channel point redemptions, prediction, polls, announcements, … This account is also used to load third party emotes from services like BTTV, FFZ and 7TV.

Kick

Click Connect to Kick to join a Kick channel.

While we wait for the official Kick API to be released this implementation is limited to displaying chat messages and (gifted) subcriptions for the joined channel.

YouTube

Click Connect to YouTube to see YouTube livestream chat in Stream buddy.

OBS

Click Connect to OBS to connect through obs websocket with obs.

This connection is used to display information from obs, and control obs through the Stream board.

StreamElements

Click Connect to StreamElements to link Stream buddy.

This connection is used by the built in event list and StreamElements media player tab.

Video stats

You can setup a link to your stream video statistics page in order to display your bitrate on the information bars. Currently Belabox cloud, NGINX, Node media server and IRLToolkit are supported.All the details on how to connect can be found here.
